Melanie Foxton / Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Aesthetics Practitioner / TRT Specialist Nurse

Melanie has worked in the NHS since qualifying in 2010 where she started her post-graduate career on a Plastic Surgery ward in Durham for 4 years. The last 12 years of her career have been in primary care, working as a Practice Nurse then worked her way up to Nurse Practitioner and Diabetes Lead in the GP surgery where she still works today. She is very passionate about private healthcare and being able to provide additional services that the NHS are unable to offer. She has a particular interest in Mens mental health. After researching the benefits of TRT in men, Melanie decided she would like to offer this to men across the North East, opening her own TRT Clinic where she is able to provide a hollistic service where men can feel comfortable coming to the clinic to receive private consultations which include general health and wellbeing, a full health MOT and testosterone therapy tailored to suit their specific needs and teat their individual symptoms.

Melanie also has a successful Level 7 Aesthetics Clinic seperately to the TRT which she has ran for 4 years now, and provides a range of weight loss services, skincare and advanced aesthetics treatments to almost 1000 clients.

We are located in the stunning sea-front location of Seaham Town, with an endless coastline, people come from all over the world to hunt for the famously known Seaham Sea Glass. We have an experienced NHS and Private Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner working in our friendly, welcoming and confidential CQC registered clinic, providing 1 to 1 consultations and support as well as ongoing care tailored to suit your individual needs. Here at TRT North East you will be looked after by Melanie who will provide gold-standard care in your TRT journey as well as looking at your overall health and wellbeing. Melanie is passionate about promoting a positive mental mind when it comes to men, and understands the benefits of TRT are one that many would benefit from, working together as a team we can ensure your Testosterone (any many other blood levels) are at a therapeutic range to ensure you feel the best version of yourself.
